DENISE RACHAL
Vice President of Marketing - Earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. Denise is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker with over 25 years' experience marketing and leasing commercial office, office tech, retail, and industrial properties. Prior to rejoining The Trinity Team, Denise worked for such prestigious companies as Opus Corporation, Transwestern Commercial Services and Breunig Commercial.
DENISE SMITH
With over 20 years' experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Smith brings a wealth of knowledge to the Design team, having worked in all aspects of property management along with her past experience in project leasing. This diverse experience brings a unique perspective towards repositioning assets for marketing purposes especially given her keen eye for all aspects of design. Prior to Trinity Interests, Ms. Smith held similar positions with Criswell Development and Gallini Management.
DAN NEWELL
with over 40 years of commercial real estate experience. Dan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from SMU. He began his real estate career as a commercial property manager and within a few years, transitioned to portfolio asset management. Dan worked primarily in the real estate departments of major life insurance companies and banks representing the owners' side of the business. Dan holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license.
